Calum Best has partnered with children's charities NSPCC and Childline to help promote 'positive mindful thinking' among children and young people.
The TV personality is also donating proceeds from sales of his Best Me Life Buddy journal, a bullet style journal to help children and young people adapt to goal setting and planning, to the NSPCC.
